NOVAE is expanding. At the moment we grow on less than one acre of land in the Hudson Valley of New York, and will move in 2026.  Our ideal location is on gently sloping land, with a pond, stream or some other water source. Woodland and wetlands are on our wish list. A livable structure with work and storage space is a dream.
